As a self-taught artist, my practice is rooted in non-mainstream art traditions represented by Art Brut and Outsider Art.
Grounded in a line-based way of thinking developed through drawing comics from an early age,
I explore the possibilities of expression across disciplines and media.
Line serves as a vehicle for conveying emotion and movement,
extending from drawing on a two-dimensional surface to form and structure in space.
I am particularly interested in iconography and symbolism from diverse cultural traditions—
including tarot, Buddhist art, and mythology—and in the ways these visual languages intersect to generate new meanings.
Drawing on my background in intercultural studies and international experience,
I see art as a language that creates dialogue between different cultures and lived experiences.
